Frohar Poya, Afghanistan
Bio: Frohar is from Afghanistan, currently living in Belgium. 

Frohar holds a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology and Community Oral History. Currently, she serves as the Research and Outreach Lead for the European Network of Migrant Women, overseeing numerous European-funded projects. Additionally, she represents ENoMW in the European Commission’s Expert Group on Asylum and Integration.

With extensive experience as a migration researcher and oral historian, she collaborated closely with migrant and refugee-led organisations. Furthermore, she has conducted cultural awareness training workshops for various institutions, including the Heritage Lottery Fund and education authorities in London.

Internationally, she has worked as an International Gender Researcher at the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit. As a freelancer, she has developed training tool-kits on women's rights for the use of NGOs in Afghanistan.
