An Afghan-German migrant, she not only forged her own path but also became a guiding light for numerous others through the European Organisation for Integration e.V.

Based in Berlin, the European Organisation for Integration e.V. stands as a testament to the vision and dedication of Dr. Patoni Teichmann and her fellow migrants. Their mission is unequivocal: to uplift and support migrant women, especially those, like Dr. Teichmann herself, who have grappled with cultural assimilation, language barriers, and systemic disparities.

Under her leadership, the European Organisation for Integration e.V. has become a catalyst for change, amplifying the voices of marginalized communities and advocating for their rights on a global scale.

A pivotal moment in the organization’s journey was the Berlin to Brussels protest march, a bold initiative spearheaded by Dr. Teichmann to shed light on the gender apartheid in Afghanistan and to raise awareness to the fact that Europe has to decide about the relationship towards the terroristic regime and gender apartheid in Afghanistan as well as the worries that women have in here towards these matters.Through concerted efforts, they drew attention to the plight of Afghan women, urging swift action to address systemic injustices.

Beyond advocacy, Dr. Patoni Teichmann has actively engaged in practical endeavors to aid vulnerable migrant families. Her involvement in evacuating hundreds of Afghan families facing peril underscores her unwavering commitment to humanitarian principles and her readiness to take tangible steps in times of crisis.

Central to Dr. Teichmann’s vision is the empowerment of young immigrants, not only to integrate into European society but also to actively shape its future. Through mentorship, support, and avenues for political involvement, she is paving the way for a new generation of leaders adept at navigating the intricacies of identity, culture, and citizenship.

The impact of the European Organisation for Integration e.V. transcends borders, reaching hundreds of Afghan women across Europe and beyond. Through empowerment initiatives, educational programs, and community-building endeavors, the organization dismantles barriers and paves pathways to success for migrant women from diverse backgrounds.
